Speed networking are short meetings, like “speed dating” but in a business context. This means that during part of the morning break, you will meet 15-20 potential suppliers for 3 minutes each, one after another. /// 1-2-1 meetings are 30 minutes long and organised in advance for you with a specific sponsor/exhibitor that you agree to meet with. Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT TERMS
The organiser of Safe Stay event (hereby Event) is Proper Events & Research (hereby the Organiser), Limited Company registered for event production, consultancy services, travel agency (Company registration number: 09434634, 54 Pindars Way, Barlby, Selby, YO8 5XU, United Kingdom).

PROGRAMME
The organiser has the right to change the programme and is not responsible in the event that one or more of the speakers cancel their participation.

HOW TO PAY
Please fill in the online registration form – register here. Within 48 hours you will receive an invoice with payment instructions. The funds should be paid within 8 days from the date of invoice, otherwise you will not be registered for the conference or have the right to participate. The price includes entry to the conference, lunch and other meals (as listed on the programme) and presentation materials from the conference. Accommodation is not included.

CONFIRMATION
Upon payment, within 48 hours of receipt of the funds to the account of the Organiser, you will receive confirmation of payment. In the event that confirmation is not received within this period, please contact us by telephone on +385 51 580 730 or email us at info@proper.com.hr.

CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to change a person’s name on an already purchased event pass, please contact us to by phone on +385 51 580 730 or e-mail info@proper.com.hr. Event passes can be cancelled up until March 28 with a service charge of £14, and in that case the rest of the funds will be transferred back to the attendee’s account. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after the March 28.

DATA PROTECTION
All employees and business partners of the Organiser are responsible for respecting the data protection policy. Collection and processing of personal data includes forwarding of attendee’s personal data to third parties and companies in Croatia and abroad. Third parties are all physical entities and companies which are necessary for the realisation of contracted business.
Attendee agrees that the Organiser, in accordance with the above conditions, uses personal and/or company data for two years after the expiry of the agreement.
For visitors to www.safestayevent.com: Google Analytics is used for statistical purposes which provides insight into the number of visitors from sources such as pay-per-click network, e-mail marketing, display advertising, Internet search engines and more.
